Dont have permission to access this page

Symptoms:

You see the following message after clicking one of the following toolbar items:
- Flash Manager
- Image Manager
- Media Manager
- Document Manager

Cause:
The third party editor component used in HelpConsole is based on a user session which times out after 20 minutes of inactivity.

Solution:

If the above message appears, refresh the browser to reload the editor.

You can also increase the session timeout in IIS so that the message doesn't appear after 20 minutes but rather 2 hours or longer. To do this, do the following:
1. Click Start => Programs => Administrative tools => Internet Information services
2. Under 'Default WebSite' right click 'HelpConsole' and select 'Properties'
3. Click the 'Configuration' button
4. Click the 'options' tab
5. Change session timeout to '300' minutes (5 hours). You can set this higher if desired.
6. Click 'OK' twice to close the properties dialog
7. You'll need to restart the web server. This can be done by selecting 'Default WebSite', click the stop icon, and then click the start icon.
